Korra Obidi, a prominent Nigerian-American dancer have been criticized for allegedly diverting the $50,000 target of her GoFundMe campaign towards a vacation in Hawaii, United States.

Recall that Obidi on Friday, created a GoFundMe with the sole aim of hiring a good lawyer who would help fight her case against her ex-husband, Justin Dean, over their kids.
Obidi aimed to hit $100,000 with the GoFundMe account but it generated over $50,000 raised from over 950 donors worldwide.
” As a mother, it’s time to fight for myself and my kids,” Obidi said, while also sharing her GoFundMe account details, seeking the assistance of fans and friends.

Making a shocking move, Korra made a U-turn after raising the money.
The mother of two on Sunday, said during a live session on Facebook that she had plans for a vacation in Hawaii.

Her decision garnered backlash from netizens as many hurled insults at her, with many alleging that the main intent of the GoFundMe was never to file a suit against the husband but to lavish on her extravagant lifestyle.
